Safety in working environment - the key to sustainable development of enterprises during the pandemic

According to the survey results of VietnamWorks during the Covid-19 pandemic, nearly 60% of businesses showed enough capacity to maintain and continue to develop. Besides, 40% of businesses were hurt and chose to cut personnel, salaries and benefits to carry on.

Returning to the Covid pandemic in Vietnam, its influence has caused many businesses to become overwhelmed. Yet besides that, there are still 16% of businesses saying: They are growing and increasing the size of their personnel, ensuring stability and security in the working environment.

This is the key to promoting the overall development of enterprises and pushing innovation in business to help businesses overcome the pandemic. Among them are Military Insurance Corporation (MIC). In 2020, MIC's original premium revenue reached VND 3157 billion, marking a remarkable growth of 26% (while industry growth was 8%) and in the first quarter of this year, a growth of 14.4% - 4 times industry average.
